In season 3 episode 9, whilst Alfred and Uhtred are talking, where Alfred says ‘killing me would have earnt you a place in these pages, there’s a cutting sound track being played which isn’t part of my England but it’s amazing, is it possible to get the music from that scene?

There is are two beautiful beautiful cello parts tied into the theme there that are not on the official soundtrack version either. Why did they cut it out?! The track is The Broken line, starting at 3:09 in. The episode is S1Ep8 starting at 44:53

Oh my goodness thank you! Yes the cello is by far the better version of this piece I can't believe they didn't put this on the soundtrack this way. I've been searching everywhere for it.

Insanely beautiful music from the BEST SHOW EVER! I've watched the complete five seasons and 'Seven Kings Must Die' four times now, and plan to restart the whole thing again very soon... I'm suffering from Uthred withdrawals, LOL. The characters/plots/action/emotive scenes are absolutely fantastic! I was soooooooooooooooooooo lucky to get tickets and see Eivor at Camden Town a few weeks ago... her voice is breathtaking! If anyone gets the chance to hear Eivor live take it, she has a voice from the Heavens! :) x

i just discovered the expanse,.. what an EPIC sci fi series. I dare say one of the best tv shows I have ever watched.. Shame we cant find this OST anywhere.
